[WM5] Using storage card for ROM

I heard that there was a way to use your storage card as the actual
phone memory. I always run into problems with my phone saying not
enough storage space and I have a 2gb storage card in it. If someone
could help me out and let me know if there is indeed a program out
there to help I would really appreciate it.
