[WM5] pda become hang with incoming call

hi, i am using O2 atom life with wm6 and have a problem with incoming
call. when its os was wm5, sometimes the phone became hang when
there's incoming call. not always, but it happened at least once
daily, i had to soft reset the phone every time this happened. then i
upgrade the rom to wm6 (at official service center, they say the rom
was totally changed to a new one) hoping this would solve the problem,
alas it didn't. the phone still sometimes hang at incoming calls
(still sometimes, but less frequently, now about once in every 3
days). i googled to search solution to this problem, but until now
still couldn't find the answer. i put the ring tones in windows folder
but it still happened (some contacts are using different ring tone,
and all ring tones are stored in the windows folder, also ring tone
for sms, but there's no problem with incoming sms). the problem
occurred whether the incoming call is from someone in the contact list
or not in the contact list. previously i had dopod 818 pro with wm5,
and it also had the problem (unfortunately that dopod was stolen while
i was in a bus =( that's why i bought atom life. the contact list was
moved from MS outlook to this new pda). i really really hope that
someone can help me. thank you very much.
